Martha Franks Retirement Community hosted an Employee Awards Ceremony on Thursday, Sept. 11, and part of that celebration was to honor four dedicated employees who have been faithfully serving for 40 years.

The milestone celebration recognized the remarkable commitment, loyalty and service of these individuals whose dedication has shaped Martha Franks into the vibrant, Christ-centered community it is today.

Recognized for their 40 years of service were Dr. Melmoth Patterson – Medical Director, Linda Ott – LPN, Jo Baker – Cosmetologist, and Betty Garrett – Housekeeper.

“Reaching 40 years is an incredible achievement, but what makes it truly special is the people who have been with us every step of the way,” said Robert Sprouse, Executive Director of Martha Franks. “These four employees embody the heart of our mission and have devoted their lives to caring for our residents with compassion, excellence, and faith.”

Located at 1 Martha Franks Dr. in Laurens, Martha Franks Retirement Community has been faithfully serving seniors in Laurens and beyond for 40 years, offering a full continuum of care in a warm, family-like, Christian environment.
