Owings cow delivers twin calves
A welcome surprise!
On June 15, 2026, Tim Langston, who has a small farm in Owings, found his cows in the pasture with two new babies.
To his surprise, he later discovered that one of his cows had delivered both calves. The mother accepted both calves and is nursing both babies.
The statistics for beef cattle having twins is only 1-2%.
Tim enjoys tending and raising beef cattle and taking care of his property.
