Half-staff Notice – Lindsey Graham

The Governor has ordered that flags atop the State Capitol be lowered to half-staff immediately and to remain at half-staff until further order in honor of Lindsey Graham and in recognition of his extraordinary legacy and lifetime of dedicated service to South Carolina and the United States.

The Governor requests that flags over state buildings and buildings of the political subdivisions of this State similarly be flown at half-staff for this purpose.
