Brenda Price Wilson, 79, of Laurens, and wife to John Edward Wilson, Jr., passed away on October 13, 2025, at NHC of Laurens.

Born in Lake Lure, NC, she was the daughter of Woodrow Wilson and Martha “Jeanette” Clements Price.  Brenda dedicated 43 years of her professional life to Canal Insurance and for 13 years, she volunteered at Our Little Shop Thrift Store, where her charitable spirit and warm heart touched the lives of many. Brenda was a woman of great compassion, always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need. She was a devoted Clemson fan and was also an avid reader. Brenda’s legacy is one of love, kindness, and generosity. She was a loving wife and mother, whose family was the center of her world. Her nurturing spirit and unwavering support will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her husband of 58 years, she is survived by a daughter, Kelley Treadway; siblings, Kenneth Price (Helen) and Jerry Price (Karen); a sister-in-law, Shirley Williamson (Joe); and numerous nieces and nephews.

A gathering will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2025, from 3:00 – 5:00pm at The Kennedy Mortuary for family and friends to celebrate the life of Brenda.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Our Little Shop Thrift Store, 1500 Western Square Plaza, Laurens, SC 29360.
