William Kenneth Orr, 78, of Clinton passed peacefully on Friday, July 18, 2025 after a lengthy illness.

Born on April 4,1947, he was the son of Montee C. Orr Livingston of Clinton and the late William W. Orr. He graduated from Clinton High School and Clemson University. After college, Kenneth served in the U.S. Air Force. He joined the S.C. Department of Agriculture as a county agent and later worked for Torrington and Seaboard Railway. Having an interest in gold, gems and treasure hunting, Kenneth joined The Lost Dutchman’s Mining Association (LDMA) and spent many happy days at the LDMA camps in Georgia and NC.

He is survived by his mother, Montee C. Orr Livingston; his sister and brother-in-law, Grace Orr Edwards and Dr. Walter C. Edwards; nephew, Brian Edwards and family, as well as many other loving family and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, 3:00 PM at The Kennedy Mortuary Chapel. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
