Person killed in motorcycle crash near Lake Greenwood
A motorcycle crash near Lake Greenwood in Waterloo claimed the life of the driver early Saturday afternoon.
The crash occurred around 12:30 p.m. on River Ford Road near Ivey Bluff Road, according to South Carolina Highway Patrol Master Trooper Brandon Bolt.
Bolt said the driver of the motorcycle, a 2005 Harley-Davidson, was killed when the motorcycle traveled off the side of the road and struck several trees.
The identity of the victim has yet to be released as of Saturday night.
