‘Jail and Bail’ set for Friday

The Laurens County Sheriff’s Office, Clinton Public Safety and Laurens Police Department are teaming up for “Jail and Bail” this Friday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. at The Ridge.

The local law-enforcement team, called “Team Blue Line” will be “arresting” local business leaders who will have a chance to contact friends, family and colleague to raise bail money in order to be released.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the March of Dimes.

LCSO Chief Deputy Jarvis Reeder said “warrants” have been issued for those expected to be jailed Friday.
