First speaker tonight in virtual African American History Series by Laurens County Museum Association

Monday, Feb. 8 

Laurens, S.C. – Laurens County Museum is holding a virtual African American History Lecture series each of the first three weeks in February, and the first event begins tonight featuring  Dr. Bobby Donaldson of the University of South Carolina.

Donaldson will speak on “Justice for All: South Carolina and the American Civil Rights Movement.”

Anyone can hear the presentations either by scanning in the code at right, or listing on telephone or joining the  Zoom meeting for free on a computer, said program coordinator Jaselyn Jennings.
