Teresa Kennedy

Ms. Teresa Kennedy, age 54, of Gray Court, S.C., passed away Sunday, January 31, 2021 at her residence. She was predeceased by her father, Willie Lee Kennedy.

Teresa leaves behind to cherish her memory; her daughter Ashley Shar’dai Kennedy and her son Terrell Lamar Kennedy both of the home, her mother Annie Bell Kennedy of Gray Court, SC, her sister Alice May Kennedy-Foggie (Edward) of Laurens, SC, her brother Henry Lee Kennedy (Sabrina) of Greenville, SC, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Teresa attended Laurens County District schools, and was a faithful member of Laurel Hill Baptist Church in Waterloo, S.C. She was also a member of the local chapter of Women’s Aide Society in Laurens in which she served the community for years. Teresa enjoyed cooking and spending time with her children.

The family will take limited visitors at 1273 Bull Hill Road, Gray Court, S.C. Floyd Family Funeral Home of Laurens, SC, will be responsible for the arrangements. Visitation will be held at Floyd Family Funeral
Home on Friday, February 5, 2021, 11am-6pm. The family will have a private funeral service on Saturday, February 6, 2021 at Floyd Family Funeral Home.
