She was born in Laurens, SC and was a daughter of the late James Pennington and Christine Virginia Ensley.

Ms. Radford is survived by her two children, Tony Fuller (Leslie) of Clinton, and Melissa Willard of Laurens; her seven grandchildren, Tyler Fuller, Thomas Donnan, Cole Donnan, Levi Fuller, Savannah Fuller, Taylor Fuller, and Jackson Fuller; and her great-grandchild, Joci Donnan.
