Clinton postpones ROTR, plans for June festival

Clinton, South Carolina – The City of Clinton announced Wednesday evening it will postpone Rhythm on the Rails from the scheduled dates of May 15 and 16 to its new dates of Friday, June 19, and Saturday, June 20.

After consulting with state health officials about guidelines on social distancing and mass gatherings, the decision was made to postpone.

“We believe this was the right call to make with respect to the safety and welfare of our residents and city personnel,” said Main Street Manager Adele Alducin. “This has always been the city’s priority during the pandemic. We look forward to hosting out festival in June, and we remain committed to helping out business community any way we can in the meantime.”
