Marcelle P. Lynch

Marcelle Lynch, 91, passed away Friday, October 18, 2019. She was the wife of the late Joseph Benjamin Lynch and the daughter of the late George and Juanita Pulley.

Mrs. Lynch retired from Spartanburg County Human Resources and was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church. She was an avid duplicate bridge player, a member of various bridge clubs, enjoyed cooking and playing bridge with her friends.

She is survived by two daughters, Anita Mullinax and husband Brian of Duncan, and Janice Hatfield and husband Gary of Lexington, KY; two sisters Evelyn Word Bell of Laurens and Juanita Hammett of Inman; three sisters-in-law Virginia Mitchell of TN, Pearl Johnson of Fountain Inn, and Peggy Smallwood of Greenwood; seven grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a brother and seven sisters.

The family would like to express their gratitude for the loving care provided by the staff of Summit Hills and Kindred Hospice.

Visitation will be 4:00 – 5:00 pm Friday, October 25, 2019 at Bobo Funeral Chapel. A memorial service will follow at 5:00 pm officiated by Rev. Jim Oliver.
