Heart of LCAC seeking donations for vaccines
The Heart of LCAC, a nonprofit organization formed to help animals taken in by Laurens County Animal Control, is working to raise funds to provide rabies vaccinations for the animals.
The organization is attempting to raise at least $215 to purchase the needed supplies. The Heart of LCAC is hoping to provide the vaccinations at least once a month if funds are available.
Anyone interested in donating can do so through the Heart of LCAC Facebook page, by calling in a donation at the Clinton Animal Hospital (864-833-2487) or by mail to Heart of LCAC, P.O. Box 1467, Laurens, S.C., 29360.
My mother created the heart of LCAC for more than just donations, it’s to make voices of the animals heard, also donations for heart worm treatment, rabies vaccines, and microchips. There is so much to heart of LCAC go and look on facebook see for yourself
I need to know when and where the vaccines clinic available again.I think this is a great program. I was one of the earliest members of Newberry County Humane Society. In fact myself and my husband were the ones who filed the papers with the Lt Governors office and the Federal government to become a 401c3 organization so I know how hard you worked and do work. I now live in Laurens County.
