Wanda Whitten Thomas

Wanda Whitten Thomas, 66, of 454 Paul Ashley Dr., passed away Monday, January 14, 2019, at her home.

Born in Abbeville, she was a daughter of Margaret Freeman Whitten of Waterloo and the late Billy Gene Whitten. Mrs. Thomas was retired from The Spartanburg County School District.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by:  her children, Dana Solesbee Lester and husband Joseph of Pickens and Joshua Lee Thomas and wife Tonya of Waterloo; and grandchildren, Bryan Lester, Chasity Lester, Katie Lester, Josalyn Lester, Noah Thomas, Zoe Thomas, and Autumn Thomas.

In addition to her father, she was predeceased by her brothers Robert Freeman Whitten and Donald Edward Whitten.
