William Glen Wooten
William Glen Wooten, 60, of Salisbury, N.C., returned to his heavenly home August 24, 2018.
Born October 10, 1957, in Chattanooga, Tenn., Glen was a long time Laurens, S.C ., resident. Glen was blessed with a large and loving family. He is preceded in death by his parents Robert and Marie Wooten, his wife Vickie Annette, daughter Amanda Shay Wadsworth and brother Gregory Robertson Wooten. Glen is survived by his son Christopher Shawn Wooten, granddaughters Breanna Kay Simmons and Trinity Jane Wadsworth, siblings Robert “Gene” Wooten (Shari), Dorothy “Ginger” Hughes (Paul), Gary Wooten (Carmen) and Donna Faulker (Claude).
Glen studied Automated Manufacturing at Piedmont Technical College and was employed as a CNC Programmer at Advanced Machining in Salisbury, N.C. He was kind, soft-spoken, generous and known for his big heart. He is dearly missed and loved by his family and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held 2:00 p.m. September 15, 2018 at Gray Court Church of God, 8492 Highway 14, Gray Court SC 29645.
