Sally Ann Napier Thompson

Sally Ann Napier Thompson, age 91, of Martha Franks Baptist Retirement Community, and wife of William Cromer Thompson, Jr., transitioned into her heavenly home on Saturday, August 18, 2018.

Born in Charlottesville, Va., she was a daughter of the late Burnette Tucker and Irene Rickmond Napier. Sally was formerly co-owner of Thompson’s Nursery. She was also a member of First Baptist Church where she was a Sunday School teacher and a member of the flower committee.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 20, 2018, at Martha Franks Rasor Chapel.  Private burial will be held at Westview Memorial Park.

The family will be at the home of her son, Carroll Thompson. They will receive friends in the Rasor Chapel immediately following the memorial service.
