Jess “Grady” Steadman, Jr.

Jess “Grady” Steadman, Jr. 37, of 432 Skippers Lodge Road, Cross Hill, S.C., husband of Deborah Fess Steadman, died Sunday, September 3, 2017 at Self Regional Medical Center.

Born in Greenwood, he was the son of Myra Pickens Lawson and the late Jess Grady Steadman, Sr. Grady was a welder. He was a caring person who loved fast cars and traveling.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Dallas Crawford; and grandparents, James Steadman, Sr., Rhita Thomas Pickens and CC Pickens.

Services will be held at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, September 5, at Harley Funeral Home Chapel.

The family will receive friends before the service at the funeral home from 5 to 6 pm.
