Joe Bond Burton

Joe Bond Burton, 79, of 202 Overbrook Drive, Laurens, S.C., and husband of the late Beverly Nell Toler Burton, passed away Sunday, August 13, 2017, at Laurens County Memorial Hospital.

Born in Laurens County, he was a son of the late William Clarence and Lonie Cooper Burton.  A U.S. Army veteran, Mr. Burton was member of Atonement Lutheran Church and was retired from Torrington.

Graveside services will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, August 18, at Forest Lawn Cemetery with Military Honors.

The family will be at the home of his son, Gray Toler, 1154 Lakeview Dr., Laurens, SC 29360.
