Joe “Ransom” Scott Coleman

Joe “Ransom” Scott Coleman, 66, of 1013 North Sloan St., Clinton, S.C., and husband of the late Penny Sumner Coleman, passed away at his home Friday, June 23, 2017.

Born in Clinton, he was a son of the late James “Skinny” and Wilma Coker Coleman.  He was retired from Torrington after 30 years.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 27, at Community Baptist Church with burial in Rosemont Cemetery in Clinton.

The family will be at the home and will receive friends at The Kennedy Mortuary on Monday, June 26, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.
