Choice, LMU reach Final Four
Luquon Choice and the Lincoln Memorial Railsplitters men’s basketball team advanced to the national semifinals of the NCAA Division II Tournament by defeating Chico State, 74-61, at the Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls, S.D., on Wednesday.
Choice finished with 22 points and four rebounds as LMU broke away from a 54-all tie past the midway point of the second half and pulled out its 30th victory of the season against just five losses.
LMU advanced to Thursday’s semifinal against Northwest Missouri State. The game will start at 9:30 p.m., and will air on CBS Sports Network.
