Eula May Martin Black

Eula May Martin Black, 82, resident of 59 Hix Herman Road, Waterloo, and wife of Bobby Haskell Black, passed away December 8, 2016, at Self Regional Medical Center. Born March 14, 1934, in Lincolnton, Ga., she was a daughter of the late Lynox Jackson Martin and Sarah Elizabeth Smalley Martin. She was first married to the late James D. Graves Sr.
