Cecile Loree Harvey Rumfelt, 74, of 1516 Rabon Rd., Laurens, and wife of the late James Edward Rumfelt, passed away Wednesday, November 9, 2016, at her home. Born in Laurens County, she was a daughter of the late Richard and Ethel Brewer Harvey.
