He was born in Kershaw County and was a son of the late Redden and Arrie Reynolds Bass. Lemuel Eddie Corley Jr., age 79, of 233 Stover and Hurley Drive, Gray Court, passed away on Thursday, June 16, 2016, at Hillcrest Memorial Hospital. Born in Edgefield County, he was a son of the late Lemuel Eddie Corley Sr. and Irma Haltiwanger Corley. Jonathan Luke "Johnny" Godfrey Jr., age 59, of 202 Watts Avenue, Laurens, passed away on Wednesday, June 22, 2016, at his home. Born in Spartanburg, he was a son of the late Jonathan Luke Godfrey Sr. and Carrie Hall Davenport. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 25, at First Assembly of God with burial following in Forest Lawn East Cemetery. Laura Belle McKittrick Ingraham,100, of The Palmetto's Assisted Living in Greenville and formerly of The Martha Franks Retirement Center in Laurens, passed away on June 9, 2016 after a brief illness. Born on April 19, 1916, she was the daughter of the late Walter D. and Florella Counts McKittrick of Wilson, Kan. A celebration of Laura's life was held on Tuesday, June 21, at the Ora Associate Presbyterian Church, 23420 Hwy 221, Gray Court, followed by burial in the church cemetery. William Arland Kutz Jr. was born in Reading, Pa., on December 19, 1942, to the late William Arland Sr., and Virginia Dengler Kutz. He passed away on June 18, 2016, after a courageous battle with cancer and surrounded by his devoted family.
